Below is a sizing guide to assist you in choosing the right fit. Our shirts and tunics are slightly oversized for a relaxed look. Please keep in mind that in order to keep the production process less environmentally damaging through use of chemical dyes, the garment will shrink maximum 1.5 inches in width after first wash.

How do I track my order?
Upon processing your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
You will also receive shipping confirmation via email once your order is shipped,usually within 24 hours. If the purchase was made on weekends, the shipping confirmation will be received the following Monday. This will include the tracking number for your package.
How do I change / cancel my order?
Please contact us via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order, if you would like to make any changes or cancellations. We will accommodate your request providing the order has not already been shipped or processed.

We offer Priority Mail International. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon destination. All international deliveries will be charged a flat fee of $36.95.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and that are returned with all tags attached. If the merchandise does not meet the return policy, we reserve the right to deny credit.You may exchange or return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost before reaching Zoica Matei. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
